ARE WE PROUD OF OUR 52 YEAR OLD COUNTRY????

She is only 52 years, are we doing any justice to her?? On 12th December 1964,Kenya was established as a republic.It was all pomp and colour,even though, many would not see the colour considering the fact that all the television sets by then were black and white.

Kenya at 50 celebrations

   Its only 52 years down the line, but the injustices,the corruption and the gap between the rich and poor is bigger. For how long will we fight this cancer "CORRUPTION" . It's going to kill us at the end of it all.

"Its like sugar,very sweet,but at the end it will bring many chronic diseases"..I quote the pope. If Kenya was a human being, she would have spoken out already against this vices,but all she does now is look,get angry and see you destroying her beautiful self. If she was full of life, what would you give her as her birthday present tomorow?? Dead souls? Polluted environment? Empty promises?
This is our mother nation.If we had somewhere else to move to, perhaps we would, but how now?
Sauti sol say we live and die in Africa,Kenya is a beautiful country,just be proud of it and change yourself before you change it.

As we mark it's 52nd republic day tomorrow,be proud of your own,that's the only way you will change this nation.
