A county assembly member is on the spot for
allegedly neglecting his child and family since last year 2015. Mr. Swalehe
Simba, who is the Tsimba Golini Ward MCA, was summoned by the children’s court where
his ex-wife, Miriam Mwarachuma, presented the matter to the court accusing him
of neglecting his family. Mr. Simba’s ex-wife told the court that the MCA was
not providing for the family and demanded a pay of Sh.80,000 per month as
compensation for his negligence.
According to a report by Local Daily, the MCA’s
ex-partner filed the application in court on the 1st of April,
stating that if the application is not heard on priority basis and orders
issued, the applicant shall suffer irreparably.
Ms. Mwarachuma also indicated that she had conceived
one child with the leader in 2014.
From me to you Mr. Politician, you have
responsibilities so stop ignoring them.
