THOUSANDS OF SOUTH AFRICANS MATCH AGAINST ZUMA

Thousands of protesters in South Africa took to the streets to demand that President Jacob Zuma is removed from office.

The latest protests are a reaction to him sacking two finance ministers last week, further damaging confidence in the economy.
The protesters say President Zuma cannot run the country like his own house by having three different ministers holding one docket in one week.

This also comes on top of claims of widespread corruption, recent student protests and a succession battle in the governing African National Congress.
The protestors also took to social media and used the hasthag #ZumaMustFall.
The #ZumaMustFall hashtag is a modification of #FeesMustFall which was used to organise protests against a rise in university fees.
