As we are coming to a close of 2016, some of us might reflect on what we have achieved and what we have not achieved.
These are the new year goals, as most of us may have called them where many were realistic while some to date prove to have been vague as they never came close to fruition.
Nevertheless, as I have been interacting with a bunch of University students i have realized that core goal is to get jobs either while they are still in session or once they graduate.

"Money is my motivation," is what most told me.
Their craze on being independent and getting their own money by working for people has become such unending desire.

However, it makes me beg the question of why we should want to work for people and yet we can start our own initiatives even they might entail starting of businesses from scratch.
Passion is a word that I rarely heard from most of the students I interacted with.
Well, passion for what you want to do in life is very key, if you were to ask me.
Money might be a motivation, but what will drive you to wake up early in the morning and hustle hard to make ends meet? Passion is just what you need.
So many in our midst are working with limitations because they cannot expand their thoughts and ideas as they are employees and thus do not own the business.
Some may not even like where they work, but find themselves sticking around as they have a duty to make ends meet mainly since they have families.
